Educational Services and Placement - When a child will be going from pre-k to kdg the bell to bell minutes as well as the instructional minutes are different. Can I put the services on one page or do I need to do two different pages? Also, the EE is different for pre-k (30) and kdg (01). When I did the two different pages, only the information put into the last entry (kdg) was printed on the FACTS page, not both.
1. EE codes listed as the LRE on the first two Service and Placement pages should come over to the FACTS form.
Codes for language, ethnicity, funding do not show on the FACTS.
2. If the Conference Summary Report has been saved and it has Ethnicity listed, it will come over to the FACTS.
We cannot even begin a domain at this point, because we do not know how to put a child into the system, which is very, very important for case managers.
3. Specific users will be given access to create new students in the system. Currently that is Jill and Ed. It can be expanded to include others. However, we want to be sure that people adding students understand how to do that and check to be 100% sure the student is not already in the system before adding new students.
